Halloween How To's

Halloween is this weekend and I could not be more excited! Actually, all of us here at Aero are excited! Everyone has their costume idea picked out and we're just waiting to get it all together! 

I never realized how many options we had in our daily wardrobe to throw together to make the perfect Halloween costume. As for Kayla and I, we're being hippies because the newest trends in fashion just happen to fit the costumes perfectly. We are wearing out most comfortable bell bottoms, tie dyed Pikos, fringe vests, wedge booties, and a flower headband. This outfit is easily made with just throwing a few things together that are already in your everyday wardrobe! 

Another idea is to dress up as a vampire. This one might take a few extra additions, but not anything too costly. Everyone has a LBD they just love, right? Well use it! Halloween is about feeling confident in a costume you usually wouldn't dare wear. Your LBD is going to be your security blanket for the night. Pair your LBD with a cape, some high heels you never wear, a pair of fangs and a little bit of fake blood if you're really into it! 

If you have a pair of overalls, options are endless. You could do anything from a farmer to a Minion. All you would have to do is add the right colored tee underneath and any accessories to confirm who you are. Grab your favorite person and be the dynamic duo of Mario and Luigi by adding either a red or green tshirt, mustache, and hat. A farmer would be adorable with a cute plaid shirt under your overalls and a straw hat. Minions are EVERYWHERE and we know why. Everyone LOVES a minion. Add a yellow shirt under your overalls, grab some goggles and paint Gru's symbol on you for a homemade minion look! Overalls are the way to go for any last minute ideas! 

A striped shirt is great for bank robbers,mimes and pirates. Use black and white stripes for either and everyone will love your costume! Easily pair both with black pants and a bank bag full of money if you're a robber or a snazzy pair of suspenders if you're a mime. A pirate is the best Halloween costume because who doesn't love a pirate....right? Pair a cute red and white striped shirt with some cut off black pants and a big hat for a look even Jack Sparrow would fall for! Also, if you have a red and white thick striped shirt, throw on a beanie and be Where's Waldo! You'll be the most popular person at your party...and the hardest to find. 

Halloween doesn't always have to be filled with expensive and elaborate costumes. Just take a few minutes to think about what you have in your closet and what you can pair together to get the perfect costume!
